1. The OAPI official fee for each opposition is USD 280.

2. Our all-inclusive professional fee for representing client in each opposition matter is USD 1,620 and covers the following services:

- Drafting and filing the opposition statement, as well as any supplementary statement;

- Representation during the hearing session

- Reporting OAPI office actions / communication

- Translation of decision (from French to English), reporting same and monitoring for possible appeal by adverse party.
