When can a restoration be filed?
A restoration can be filed within 2 years from (i) the renewal due date, or (ii) when a trademark claiming priority is not filed within priority deadline, or (iii) when the priority document is not submitted within deadline
What documents are required for a restoration
(i) original PoA, (ii) restoration request, and (iii) notarized affidavit detailing reason for the lapse.
Is there a restoration hearing?
Yes. The restoration commission will schedule a hearing date.
