a. official fee
- 2nd to the 5th year: USD 383
- 6th to the 10th year: USD 653
- 11th to the 15th year: USD 875
- 16th to the 20th year: USD 1,132
- Late Annuity: USD 123
b. Professional fee
- 2nd to the 5th year: USD 195
- 6th to the 10th year: USD 215
- 11th to the 15th year: USD 235
- 16th to the 20th year: USD 255
- Late Annuity: USD 140

When are annuities due?
Annuities are due each year on the anniversary of the international filing date (PCT).
What happens if I miss the annuity deadline?
Payment can then be made, together with a supplement for late payment, within six months after the due date.
