Our fees cover normal filing and prosecution of one trade mark application in one class under Banjul Protocol in 13 ARIPO Member States. Botswana, Cape Verde, Gambia, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Sao Tome and Principe, Eswatini, Uganda, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.
The quoted fees are for straightforward cases and include all official and professional fees. The fees do not include responses to office actions, defenses from third party pre- or post-registration oppositions or responses to cancellation actions.

How many countries are covered by an ARIPO trademark registration?
13 countries which party to the Banjul Protocol on Marks can be designated in an ARIPO trademark application. These are Botswana, Cape Verde, Gambia, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Sao Tome and Principe, Eswatini, Uganda, Tanzania and Zimbabwe.
