documents required for filing TM application
1) Clear and full instruction mentioning clearly the name and address of
the applicant, the classes and the list of specifications for each classes in a
format word.
Please not that all documents have to be filed in English.
2) If there is a logo, we need the JPG format
3) POA completed and signed (see the model attached). A copy is enough
to proceed.
No notarization or legalization are required for these documents.

delivery of registration certificate:
From the date
of filing, it takes approximately 4-7 months to obtain a
final certificate if no opposition or objection
