Here are requirements for trademark registration in Burundi:
a.
Power of attorney (POA) duly signed and stamped;
b.
Reproduction of the mark on an A4 sized paper;
c.
2 cmx 8 cm coupon of the mark;
d.
Proof of payment of registration fees
e.
A list of product or services in relation with the mark is used (or will be used)
All documents should be in French. Otherwise, the translation will be sought.
