How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. It is handled by an external PCI compliant payment gateway that handles all CC transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Communications with Lawyers, IP Attorneys and Agents
In order to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services and for quality assurance purposes, Africa Legal Tech FZCO ("The Company") will have access to communications with Lawyers, IP Attorneys and Agents which are transmitted through the Website. Accordingly, if you choose to communicate with a Lawyer, IP Attorney or Agent through the website, please note that such communication between you and a Lawyer, IP Attorney or Agent may not necessarily be treated as confidential information by the Lawyer, IP Attorney or Agent or protected by the attorney-client privilege. Confidentiality
The company values and respect the privacy of our users. We do not use or disclose information about your visits or any information you may give us, such as your name, address, e-mail identity or telephone number, to any third parties. We do not disclose any personal information to advertisers for marketing and promotional purposes that could be used to personally identify you. This may include your password, credit card number and/or bank account number.
