Requirements for Trademark applications:

Power of Attorney (POA) (PDF FORM) duly signed. It is not required authentication neither legalization.

Priority document (PDF FORM): (if your client is interested in claiming the Convention’s Priority only). A certified copy –no legalization needed- of the application issued by the Trademarks Office of a Paris Convention member country.

Classes and goods/services to be covered. Please note that we must provide the specification of goods or services that will be covered by each application (Nice Classification).

1 Original labels 7 cm x 7 cm. (IMAGE ) If design, please send it by e-mail, for its reproduction. If the design is in colors and they have to be claimed.

Translation and transliteration (PDF FORM) of the mark when it is not in English Language. In case there is no specific translation, you must also confirm us that information.

Information about:

· If the applicant is a natural person: name, passport or ID, a simple copy of its ID card.

· If the applicant is a juridical person: company name, Address, laws of incorporation
