Summary

Lenon specializes in intellectual property law. His practice includes handling Zimbabwe, ARIPO and international patent and industrial design freedom to operate searches, filings, prosecutions, and renewals. He also handles Zimbabwe, ARIPO and Madrid Protocol trade mark search, filing, prosecution and opposition work. Lenon also advises on intellectual property due diligence work, trade mark and copyright licensing and assignments, and other IP related contractual matters in addition to providing services pertaining to passing-off and unlawful competition matters, company and close corporation name objections and domain name registrations and maintenance. He also has keen interest in general commercial law practice specializing in tax law, employment law, administrative law, intellectual property law, commercial law litigation and white-collar criminal litigation.
