Here are requirements for trademark registration in Burundi:
a.
Power of attorney (POA) duly signed and stamped;
b.
Reproduction of the mark on an A4 sized paper;
c.
2 cmx 8 cm coupon of the mark;
d.
Proof of
payment of registration feese. A list of product or services in relation with the
mark is used (or will be used)All documents should be in French. Otherwise, the
translation will be sought.
Requirements for trademark renewal in Burundi:Any trademark registered in Burundi shall be renewed every ten
years after registration. To better assist you with renewal of your
registered trademark , you will be requested to give/send us:
a. A power of
