Hamza Latif is a dual qualified lawyer, and a Senior Associate at Sacranie, Gow and Company, a leading Corporate and Commercial law firm based in Malawi. Hamza heads the Corporate Department and oversees the Intellectual Property team. Hamza assists the firm in corporate, regulatory, due diligence,, technology, renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro_ petroleum projects, and Cannabis Licencing, and non-litigation work with regional and English law dimension. Hamza was called to the Bar in 2020 and admitted to practice in Malawi as a Legal Practitioner. Hamza completed his pupillage in London at 9 Bedford Row, Chambers of Steven Kay QC (formerly the Chambers of Anthony Berry QC) in 2015. Hamza was called to the Honorable Society of Gray's Inn and admitted at the English Bar in 2014. Hamza completed his Bar Professional Training Course at City Law School University of London, in 2014. Hamza completed his LLB with Honours at the University of Hull in 2013.
