Chisala is from Zambia. He has extensive experience in corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, litigation, and commercial law, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia (UNZA) and completed his legal training at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE). He is also currently a candidate for a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law at UNZA. Admitted to the Zambian Bar in 2020, Chisala has advised multinational corporations and regional businesses across sectors including transport, energy, banking, mining, and logistics. Throughout his career, he has handled complex corporate governance matters, dispute resolution, company secretarial services, compliance frameworks, and cross-border commercial transactions across multiple jurisdictions in Africa. He currently cooperates with Oikonomakis Law at the Zambia Office focusing on international legal capabilities across the African market.
