Blandes Comfort Mugisha is the Managing Partner at Cymbell Attorneys. He is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. He is a Member of the East Africa Law Society Intellectual Property Committee. Blandes holds a Masters of Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dar es Salaam. He leads the Intellectual Property, Corporate and Commercial, Technology & Media, Investment and Telecommunications Practices team at Cymbell Attorneys. Blandes handles both contentious and non-contentious matters in the areas of intellectual property (IP), corporate and commercial law, investment law and technology. He has extensive experience working in regulatory, transactional, enforcement and advisory projects in these areas, counting among his clients’ multinational companies, listed corporations and government regulators. He is also an accredited Arbitrator and member of Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators.
