Clarisse is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a bias in Intellectual Property Law, Entertainment Law and Technology Law. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law. She also holds Certificates in Intellectual Property and related subjects from the World Intellectual Property Organization Academy, Harvard University, University of KwaZulu Natal and International Intellectual Property Training Institute. She is currently undertaking a Master of Philosophy in Intellectual Property Law. She works with Startups and Creatives/ Innovators in all sectors be it fashion, technology, entertainment etc. to help them explore various IP tools; protect, manage and enforce their rights; commercialize their IPRs; comply with data protection and privacy laws & build resilient and competitive brands & businesses.
